Returns/Exchanges

All returns will ONLY be for exchange or credit towards other jewelry, less any amount considered reasonable (at discretion of the designer) if there is any damage to the item. Customer may request their credit in the form of a gift certificate if there is no jewelry item they wish to select at the time of return. In case of price descrepancy between item for exchange and new item being purchased, the customer is responsible for paying any amount above the original return, and will receive a credit for any amount left over after the exhange.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require at least a 50% deposit before work is begun, with the balance due upon delivery. Most orders are completed within about 2 weeks of placement of order. A cancellation of a custom order will result in the forfeit of the deposit.

There are no returns permitted on custom designs, but exchange may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, and exchange will only be permitted by person ordering, not by the recipient (in the case of a gift).
